New Volkswagen air spring suspension kits from Air Lift's Lifestyle and Performance Line

July 27, 2009 • Air Lift Company announced today the release of three new air spring suspension kits, Front - Standard, Front - Slam and rear, for the 2003-2009 Volkswagen MKV.

The front kit utilizes the new and improved Generation II McPherson strut and upper mount. The unique modular design of the Gen II offers a smoother, more comfortable ride with improved noise isolation and durability. The standard front kit also features a 3-7/8" drop from stock height and 9-way adjustable struts with sleeve air springs. The Slam Front kit drops 5" from stock. This kit should be installed only on vehicles that have been previously modified for frame to axle clearance and aren't using the front stabilizer bar. This kit includes a fixed damping setting which is matched to the vehicle. The rear kit features a 5" drop from stock height and a tapered sleeve design for improved ride quality.
