Shipping & Returns

Shipping: In stock Air Ride products ship within 2-3 business days from the date of order placement. Delivery is by UPS, USPS, Canada Post or FEDEX depending on the best pride determined by weight and/or the shipping destination. Please note, business day refers to Monday to Friday, and does not cover weekends or holidays.

Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as they are available.

In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail. Out of stock items ship within 7-10 days. If product is on back-order at the time of order and will take more then 10 days, we will happily give a full refund if requested.

Paypal orders will only be shipped to a confirmed address.

Returns: All returns and cancellations (of shipped items) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred for this return. All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition within 7 days from the delivery date. Any damage that occurs, in transit to AirAssisted.Com will be deemed the responsibility of the customer and any costs incurring will be billed to the customer. All returns must have an RGA number or return will be refused. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on location, weight, packaging, insurance coverage and handling charges. Shipping charges can be viewed by adding a product to your "Shopping Cart", below the cart you will see a table of applicable shipping charges. Our volume discounts allow us to offer the most competitive shipping charges.

International Shipping: Please call or e-mail for international shipping quotes.

Refused Shipments: Orders that have been shipped to the shipping address as supplied by the customer, and which are subsequently returned to AirAssisted.Com as undeliverable/refused are subject to a refund of the value of the products ordered minus a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping costs.

Tax Charges: A Sales Tax of 8% will be added to all orders shipped to Ontario, Canada.

Warranty: All products are supplied with the original manufacturer’s guarantee/warranty at the time of shipping.

If in the unlikely event that any Air Suspension Kits are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
